Begin to take note of all parts of your body,
So you can invite in a sense of relaxation,
And ground yourself in the present moment.

Relax your shoulders,
Soften your face,
And relax your legs.
LONG PAUSE…
You’ve overcome so much.
Maybe you’ve pushed through the circumstances brought on by the economy,
Or you’ve navigated the difficult seas of parenting.
Perhaps you’ve gone through a great loss of someone you love.
PAUSE…
You’re here now because you overcame those heavy moments.
You shed the tears,
And did the hard work,
To learn,
Grow,
And persevere.
PAUSE…
Here you are,
More resilient,
Wiser,
And stronger.
