The intention of these meditations is to give you a safe and empowering place to connect intimately with your sexual self, so you can be fully expressed. In doing so, it’s possible we can encounter pools of pain, shame or limiting stories that can bring up a lot of emotions. Be gentle with yourself in these moments. And know that I honor you deeply for being here.

Take a deep breath, dear one,

And come into the depths of your body.

This beautiful vessel that has carried you into this moment.

PAUSE…

Breathe in gratitude for all she gives you,

And all the treasures of pleasure she carries.

PAUSE…

You deserve sexual pleasure,

No matter your history,

No matter your size,

No matter what anyone else has told you.

PAUSE…

You are worthy of all the delights of your body.

So breathe deeply into her now,

And feel her softly vibrate with love and the warmth of sexual energy.

PAUSE…

Imagine your pure, sexual self,

Embracing your body now.

Covering you with love,

Healing,

Pleasure,

And joy.

PAUSE…

Feel the energy wrap around your entire body,

Your head,

Your chest,

Your arms and your legs,

And your belly.

PAUSE…

Feel the raw sexual energy wrap around your back,

Your hips,

Your thighs,

And between your legs.

PAUSE…

Imagine your sexual energy deep here,

And swirling lovingly within the home of your sexual organs,

Glowing vibrantly at your center of pleasure.

Be one with the beauty of your sensual body,

And open yourself to the pleasure that is yours.
