Today’s morning meditation will help you to build your inner fortitude.
Life can be unpredictable and challenging, and sometimes it can feel like the weight of the world is on our shoulders.
In those moments, it’s important to have inner fortitude and resilience to help us weather the storm.
Inner fortitude and resilience are the qualities that allow us to face adversity, overcome obstacles, and keep moving forward.
So Let’s Begin…
YOUR INNER FORTITUDE MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Allow yourself to settle,
And ease into the comfort of this moment.
PAUSE…
Relax,
Deeply and slowly.
PAUSE…
Imagine yourself standing in front of a great fortress, a towering structure of stone and steel, a symbol of strength, resilience and your inner fortitude.
PAUSE…
As you look at this fortress, imagine the challenges and obstacles that you have faced in your life.
See them as waves crashing against the walls of the fortress, testing its strength.
These challenges may have caused you pain and discomfort, but they have also made you stronger and wiser.
PAUSE…
Now, imagine yourself walking through the gates of the fortress.
You feel the cool, damp air, the smell of the earth, and the sound of your footsteps echoing off the walls.
You feel safe and protected inside the fortress.
PAUSE…
As you walk through the halls of the fortress, reflect on the journey that has led you here.
Think about the moments of adversity and how you have grown stronger and more resilient.
Reflect on the times when you have been challenged and how you have persevered.
Be proud of what you have accomplished, and know that you have the inner fortitude to face any challenge that comes your way.
PAUSE…
Feel your inner strength growing.
See the walls of the fortress becoming thicker and stronger, as you become more resilient.
You are becoming a more powerful version of yourself, ready for any waves to crash against your walls.
PAUSE…
Now, take a deep breath and open your eyes.
You have the strength and resilience to face anything that comes your way.
Trust in yourself and your inner fortitude.
PAUSE…
Namaste, Beautiful
