Good morning, beautiful,

This week, we’re meditating on the theme of discomfort.

M. Scott Peck said, “the truth is that our finest moments are likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy or unfulfilled. For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers.”

Today, we’re going to spend some time sitting with these words so we can become aware of what comes up when we hear them.

So Let’s Begin…

So settle into your position,

Lowering your shoulders,

Releasing your jaw,

And relaxing your body.

PAUSE…

Release those thoughts,

The ones trying to organize your day,

Or stress about the future.

Let them all go.

And be here.
