Let’s breathe and BE for a moment.
PAUSE…
As you begin to slowly breathe and be,
Scan your body for any unease,
discomfort, pain, fatigue,
Feelings of unhappiness or anxiety.
PAUSE…
Acknowledge it,
Imagine pulling it up,
Out of the dark spaces it resides,
Teasing it out from its hiding spot.
PAUSE…
Pull it free and cut the cord that teethers it to you.
Feel your body release it all.
LONG PAUSE…
You are free,
To fully enjoy and treasure true Joy,
A peaceful state of mind,
And wonderful ease in your body.
So feel into it,
Imagining bliss covering your body,
And permeating your mind,
Like waves of the ocean,
Covering you,
Embracing you,
Becoming one with you.
