Today’s morning meditation will open you up as you see that you teach people how to treat you.

Close your eyes,

And find your breath.

PAUSE…

Let it slow you down,

As you relax your shoulders,

Open your chest,

And soften your face.

PAUSE…

Be here for a bit.

One with your rhythms.

And one with this moment.
