Invite your mind to relax.
And your body, as your breath continues to slow everything down.
PAUSE…
What is it that feels incredibly hard right now?
Maybe even impossible?
PAUSE…
What are you doubting about yourself?
What are the stories attached to this doubt?
Your mind may be quick to answer,
Forcing its way through.
But instead take a big deep breath in.
LONG PAUSE…
Perhaps you’ve forgotten who you are.
You have been here before.
In the hard,
In the impossible,
In the uncertainty,
And you’ve already overcome so much,
Transcended and evolved into the incredible person you are now.
PAUSE…
You can do hard things.
With courage and strength.
