Hearts get broken, bodies become ill, and we lose the things we love.
So the intention of today’s meditation is to help you to release some control so you can enjoy life as it naturally unfolds around you.

YOU CAN BOUNCE BACK MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
To move forward,
We have to practice standing still.
PAUSE…
To stand in the presence of,
Change,
Sorrow,
And fear.
PAUSE…
To move through the emotions,
Is to experience them.
To feel them your body,
And to process them to get to the other side.
PAUSE…
Close your eyes softly, if they’re not already.
And take a big deep breath in,
Placing your hands over your heart,
Settle deeper into peace.
Let the warmth of your breath pull you in deeper.
PAUSE…
Allow all thoughts, doubts, and judgments to float from your awareness.
PAUSE…
Lightly think back to a difficult time in the past that you successfully got through.
LONG PAUSE…
How did you navigate those rough waters?
And cope with these setbacks?
PAUSE…
Recall the intimate details and how you got to the other side, the best you can.
But it’s ok if you don’t remember all the details,
Simply know that you DID get through the tough time.
You did bounce back and you can bounce back again.
