You are whole,
Just as you are.

You’re one of a kind…

There is no one exactly like you,

Your whole being is perfectly imperfect,
Living this lifetime,
One special moment at a time.

Take a long deep breath in,
Fill your lungs and belly
Then exhale out slowly,
Keep breathing in and out naturally.
PAUSE…
Relax your shoulders,
And neck.
PAUSE…
Let your jaw loosen,
Release any tension in your face.
PAUSE…
Now close your eyes,
And find your center.

You are whole, just as you are…

Breath in and really feel into,
Your whole body,
Being,
Soul.
