Find your breath,
Breathe in and out slowly…
Imagine as you breathe, you feel a gentle wind.
Find this wind, your wind…
Feel it swirl around you,
Moving in and out, through you.
Your wind, takes you to a limitless space,
A free space to breathe and relax.
LONG PAUSE…
Breathe in this wind & expand into this space,
Allow it to fill you up entirely…
Finding its way into your lungs,
Feel it spread into your belly and across your chest,
Spreading to your fingers, right down to your toes,
To every part of your body.
Into your mind, your body, right into your soul.
LONG PAUSE…
Surrender to this wind, your wind…
Let it pick you up,
Let it lift you higher,
Move you forward and beyond…
Let yourself be the wind.
PAUSE…
You are the wind…
PAUSE…
Breathe.
Let go,
Listen to your wind…that is inside of you.
This wind will guide you.
PAUSE…
As you rise up,
Release all the that is swirling inside you,
Your worries, past triggers, deep wounds, uwanted thoughts…
Anything that just does not serve you or your soul,
Let this wind,

You who is now the wind
