Breathe.
Just breathe.
Inhaling deeply.
Exhaling gently.
Inhaling deeply.
Exhaling gently.
Just let yourself breathe.
PAUSE
Now, imagine, if you can,
A picture of all five elements:
Earth.
Air.
Fire.
Water.
Aether.
PAUSE
And, from this picture,
You are able to access
Any element you want
At any time.
PAUSE
Now, imagine a time
When you need energy.
Draw in a deep breath,
And pull in your fire
From deep in your belly.
PAUSE
Let the heat from the fire
Invigorate you,
Strengthen you,
Give you the courage
To do and be what you want.
Hold that space.
PAUSE
Now, imagine that
You also need
Sharp mental acuity,
And the ability to
Rise above what is going on.
Go back to your
Picture of the elements,
And pull out the element of air.
And, as you do,
Notice your keen intellect
Kicking in,
And the ability
To rise above the situation
As well as see all dimensions of it.
Notice, also, that fire and air work together.
PAUSE
Now, imagine this situation
Also needs you to be flexible.
Go back to the picture,
And add the element of water.
Visualize and feel how you
Flow with what’s happening.
You really can go with the flow.
And, notice: The water works with
The fire and the air.
PAUSE
Now, draw in a deep breath,
And, imagine that the situation
Calls for groundedness
And the ability to support others.
Go back to your picture,
And pull the Earth energy.
Let it ground and focus you.
Let it give you ability
To be supportive to others.
And again, notice that
This earth energy works with
Fire, air, and water.
PAUSE
Now, imagine adding
The spiritual realm to your situation.
From your picture,
Bring forth the aether,
And let it infuse the other elements.
As it does, notice feelings of
Faith and trust coming forth.
Notice the power of manifestation
Becoming part of your experience.
And notice, the connection
Of all elements with one another,
And to you.
PAUSE
Now, breathe.
Breathe in the collective energies
Of all the elements.
And know that,
While you can definitely pull energy
From any one element,
There is great power for you
In working with them altogether.
