Let’s make time to connect with our intention this morning,
So the way can be made clear.

Close your eyes,
And let your body settle.
Relax your face,
Soften your cheeks,
Lower your jaw.
PAUSE…
Drop your shoulders,
Open your chest,
And let your arms and legs get heavy,
And relax.
PAUSE…
Let your breathing slow down.
Let your mind slow down.
As you bring your attention here,
Deep inside the rhythm of your breath.

As the space opens inside,
See if you can connect with your intentions.

Intentions for your day.
