WHAT YOU WANT MOST DISCIPLINE MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

So take a big, deep breath in,

Filling your body with the fresh morning air.

And then breathe out,

Fully,

All the way to the very last drop of air.

PAUSE…

Bring your breathing to a slow and easy rhythm.

Bringing all your attention onto the movement of your breath.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

PAUSE…

Now be here,

In this moment.

Calm,

Relaxed,

And open.

PAUSE…

Open the doors to your biggest desires,

And let them all come flooding in.

Let yourself swim in that which you want most.

Tasting its flavors.

Touching its textures.

Smelling its scents.

And letting yourself marinate in it all fully.

LONG PAUSE…

Remembering what you want most will help fuel your discipline.
