This week, we’re meditating about vulnerability.

This morning, our meditation will help you deepen your belief and understanding of vulnerability as the path to connection.

So Let’s Begin…

WE ARE CONNECTED VULNERABILITY MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

So go ahead and adjust yourself,

Until you find a comfortable, relaxing position.

And then take a deep breath in,

To slow you down,

And turn your attention inward.

PAUSE…

Now, see if you can think about a time when you shared a piece of yourself with another person,

And the response was positive.

Maybe this person shared their own story in response,

Perhaps tears fell,

Or hugs or kisses followed.

Maybe grateful words were expressed.

Hold onto that image.

PAUSE…

Feel the openness between the two of you.

Feel the lightness.

Feel the connection.

The deep understanding that you are made of the same magical energy.

PAUSE…

Feel that space fill with empathy,

Compassion,

Love.

All because of your brave willingness to share,

To be vulnerable,

To be human.
