So Let’s Begin…

UNWIND FROM WITHIN MEDITATION SCRIPT
Come home, dear one, and close your eyes,
Let go the weight of worldly ties.
No need to think, no need to strive,
Just feel the breath that keeps you alive.
PAUSE
Begin with breath, so soft and slow,
A quiet rhythm, ebb and flow.
It doesn’t rush, it doesn’t try—
It meets you here, no need to lie.
PAUSE
There’s tension tucked beneath your skin,
A restless hum that hums within.
PAUSE
It hides in shoulders, curls in spine,
But love, it’s not forever mine.
PAUSE
So let us drop—down, layer by layer,
Like loosening knots with silent prayer.
PAUSE
Unclench the hands, release the jaw,
Unwind the grip you never saw.
PAUSE
The nervous system, overrun,
Still racing though the race is done.
PAUSE
So breathe into the space inside—
Where stillness waits, and fears subside.
LONG LONG PAUSE
Imagine now a wave of light,
Soft and warm, but feather-light.
It moves through you, from crown to feet,
And gathers stress in its retreat.
PAUSE
It sweeps the tension, thought by thought,
The pressure you forgot you caught.
And with each breath, it clears the way—
So peace and ease have room to stay.
PAUSE
Unwind from deep within your chest,
Let breath expand the tightness pressed.
LONG PAUSE
Let ribs grow wide, and heart grow clear,
You’re safe, you’re strong, you’re held right here.
PAUSE
No doing now, no tasks, no plan,
Just you, just breath, just who I am.
A soul at rest, a mind set free,
A body soft as it can be.
PAUSE
You don’t need to push to earn this peace,
You only need to grant release.
Let go, drop in, and just begin—
To slowly… gently…
Unwind from within.
Namaste, Beautiful.
