This allows you to tap into your own inner strength and resilience and can serve as a reminder that you have the capacity to heal, grow, and move forward in life with greater ease.

UNEARTH THE RENEWAL WITHIN MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.
With each exhale, allow yourself to relax more deeply into this moment.
PAUSE…
Begin to pay attention to the sounds around you, the warmth of the air, and the energy of the space.
PAUSE…
Gently focus your attention on the sensations in your body.
Notice how the breath feels coming in and out of your body.
Acknowledge any areas of tension or discomfort without judgment and let them go.
LONG PAUSE…
Imagine yourself in a beautiful, tranquil place.
Perhaps—in a forest, on a beach, or in a meadow.
PAUSE…
Feel the peace and calm of this place and take in the majestic beauty.
PAUSE…
Move your attention to the ground beneath your feet.
Feel yourself connected to the earth.
Imagine that you are rooted to the ground, sending roots deep into the earth.
PAUSE…
Allow yourself to open to the energy of the earth, to feel its healing and renewal.
Imagine that you are absorbing energy up through your feet and into your body.
Feel the energy moving through your body, releasing any tension or stress and filling you with a sense of peace and well-being.
PAUSE…
Allow yourself to stay in this space for a few moments, feeling the energy of renewal that is available to you.

When you are ready, bring your attention back to the room and open your eyes.
Feel the energy of renewal that you have unearthed within yourself, and take this feeling with you into your day.
