So Let’s Begin…

UNBURDEN YOUR HEART MEDITATION SCRIPT
There are things you carry
That no one sees.
PAUSE
Quiet aches,
Half-formed tears,
Moments you replay when the world goes still.
PAUSE
You move through your days with grace,
But somewhere inside… it lingers.
PAUSE
The regret.
The words never spoken.
The love that left.
The weight of what wasn’t yours to hold—
But you held it anyway.
PAUSE
So this moment,
Let it be yours.
PAUSE
Close your eyes,
And come inward.
Let your body soften.
Let your breath slow.
Let yourself arrive.
PAUSE
Bring your attention to your heart…
Not to change it—
But to acknowledge it.
To witness what lives there.
To meet it with love.
Not fear.
PAUSE
Maybe there’s sadness you’ve swallowed.
Maybe there’s grief that never had a voice.
Maybe there’s disappointment that hardened into silence.
Whatever you find here…
Let it be welcome.
PAUSE
Breathe in—gently.
Breathe out—with love.
And say quietly to yourself…
“It’s safe to let go.”
PAUSE
Let the walls you built
To survive
Now melt in safety.
PAUSE
Let the emotion move.
Let the tears rise.
Let the air clear the ache
You’ve kept hidden.
PAUSE
You do not need to name it all.
You do not need to understand it all.
You only need to give it space—
And let your heart exhale.
PAUSE
This is strength.
This is healing.
This is return.
PAUSE
A return to softness.
A return to self-compassion.
A return to the you beneath the burden.
PAUSE
So let this breath be a release.
Let this moment be your offering.
To the heaviness.
To the holding.
To the parts of you
That just need to be seen.
PAUSE
And as you sit here,
Feel your heart beating again—
Unclenched.
Unguarded.
Still full of life.
Still open to love.
Even after all it has carried.
PAUSE
Unburden your heart, love.
You don’t have to hold it all.
Let the pain rise… and pass.
Let the grief speak… and soften.
Let the sorrow breathe… and be free.
PAUSE
Namaste, Beautiful.
