This One’s For You, Mama (Mothers) Morning Meditation

Today’s morning meditation is a chance to sit with the affirmation, I write my own story and can edit anytime.

Through exhaustion and pain,

Through laughter and tears,

You show up.

Through confusion and stress,

Happiness and fears,

You show up.

PAUSE…

When you’ve yelled too loud,

And pushed too hard.

Oh, those moments that choke you up.

When you do it all wrong,

But come back again,

For hugs that always fill your cup.

PAUSE…

This one’s for you, mama.

The imperfect soul you are,

Who keeps showing up every day.

Sometimes bright and cheery,

Sometimes dim and weary,

But always in your own special way.

So Let’s Begin…

THIS ONE’S FOR YOU, MAMA MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

So breath in deeply,

Down, down, down into your soul.

Feel the air completely,

Reminding you that you are whole.

LONG PAUSE…

This job you have,

This responsibility you hold,

To raise good humans who are kind.

It’s tricky and heavy,

And breathtaking too,

It’s a total challenge of the mind.

PAUSE…

So breathe in love,

And restoration and hope,

This mothering journey is big.

You give so much care,

To the littles you raise.

You were meant for this gig.

PAUSE…

I honor you, mama,

You’re tender and you’re tough.

You’re love in its purest form.

You always show up,

Even when it’s rough,

You’re always ready to transform.

PAUSE…

So rest your hands gently,

Upon your heart today,

And receive this love letter from me.

You’re doing a great job,

The hardest in the world.

You’re extraordinary, you see.

Namaste, Beautiful.
