Nothing you need to be.
Nothing you need to do.
There is no agenda here.
So Let’s Begin…

THERE IS NO AGENDA SILENT MIND MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Release yourself, dear one,
From the chains of doing.
From the addiction of achieving.
PAUSE…
There is no agenda here,
Only presence.
Only life in this breath.
Only beauty in your heart.
PAUSE…
So settle into the rhythm of your breathing,
And let them go,
All those tasks,
And those responsibilities,
All those prerequisites to freedom and joy.
They don’t exist here,
In this moment.
Only you.
Only love.
Only the now.
PAUSE…
You don’t need to accomplish more to be more.
So let the agenda you have for your day,
Your life,
And your meditation practice,
Melt away.
PAUSE…
And then just be.
Here.
Whole.
Connected.
Free.
