So Let’s Begin…

THE STILLNESS OF THE MOUNTAINS MEDITATION SCRIPT
Soften, dear one,
And come home to yourself.
Let your breath guide you into stillness,
Like mist rolling over the quiet peaks,
Unrushed, effortless, whole.
PAUSE…
Breathe in,
Drawing in the wisdom of the mountain.
Breathe out,
Releasing all that is restless within you.
PAUSE…
Feel the weight of the earth beneath you,
Steady, unwavering, ancient.
PAUSE…
Let yourself be held by its presence,
By the silent knowing that all things unfold in their time.
PAUSE…
The mountain does not hurry.
It does not chase, or grasp, or question.
It stands,
Rooted in the truth of what is.
Can you feel its wisdom?
Can you surrender to its stillness?
Let your breath merge with the quiet,
Let your body soften into patience,
Let your heart settle into trust.
PAUSE…
Let yourself simply be.
LONG PAUSE…
The mountain does not wonder if it is enough.
It does not seek permission to be what it is.
It simply stands,
Strong in its stillness,
Whole in its being.
And so do you.
Breathe in your own presence,
Breathe out everything else.
And rest here.
Still, whole, complete.
PAUSE…
Namaste, Beautiful.
