Today’s morning meditation will help you to connect to the power of self-nurture.
The power of self-nurture is immense, and it is something that we often neglect in our fast-paced lives.
Taking the time to nurture ourselves can have a profound impact on our physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
So Let’s Begin…
THE POWER OF SELF-NURTURE MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Let’s begin by bringing your attention to your breath.
Focus on the rise and fall of your chest as you inhale and exhale.
Notice the sensation of the air moving in and out of your body, and allow yourself to become fully present in this moment.
PAUSE…
Gently bring your attention to your body.
Scan your body from head to toe, noticing any areas of tension or discomfort.
As you become aware of these areas, imagine a warm, comforting light surrounding them, soothing and healing any discomfort or pain.
PAUSE…
As you continue to breathe deeply and focus on your body, repeat the following affirmation to yourself: “I deserve to care for myself in the same way I care for others.”
LONG PAUSE…
Take a moment to think about how you can incorporate more nurturing of yourself into your daily routine.
Perhaps it means taking a few minutes to stretch and move your body, enjoying a nourishing meal, or setting aside time to read a book or listen to music that brings you joy.
LONG PAUSE…
Now allow yourself to embody how good it feels, from the inside out, to be taken care of,
To be nurtured deeply.
And then let this feeling rise out of you,
Overflowing onto your body,
And surrounding you fully.
