Take a deep breath and close your eyes.
As you inhale, feel the cool air filling your lungs and as you exhale, feel the warmth leaving your body.
PAUSE…
See if you can imagine yourself sitting in a beautiful garden, surrounded by lush greenery and fragrant flowers.
The sun is shining, and a gentle breeze is blowing, creating a peaceful atmosphere.
As you sit in this garden, feel a sense of calm and tranquility wash over you.
PAUSE…
Now bring your focus to your thoughts.
Notice any negative thoughts that may be arising, and observe them without judgment.
Imagine those negative thoughts as dark clouds floating in the sky, knowing that those clouds will pass and clear skies will emerge.
PAUSE…
Now begin to visualize positive thoughts and feelings.
Think of times when you felt happy, joyful, and fulfilled,
Or think of things you’re looking forward to or are excited about.
Imagine those positive experiences filling your body and radiating out from you like a warm and comforting glow.

As you continue to focus on the positive thoughts, feel a sense of optimism and hope rising within you.
You are filled with a sense of possibility and the belief that good things are coming your way.

Finally, take a deep breath and let go of any negative thoughts or feelings.
Know that you have the power to choose your thoughts and feelings, and you can choose to focus on the positive.
