Today’s morning meditation will help you journey to total wellness.
By taking care of inner and outer selves, we can create a foundation of health and vitality that supports us in all areas of life. We are all on a journey of total wellness.
So Let’s Begin…
THE JOURNEY TO TOTAL WELLNESS MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Begin by finding a comfortable seated position, either on a cushion or in a chair.
Sit with your spine straight and your hands resting gently in your lap.
Allow your eyes to close, or keep them slightly open with a soft gaze.
PAUSE…
Take a few deep breaths, inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
As you exhale, let go of any tension in your body and any thoughts or worries that may be on your mind.
PAUSE…
Now, bring your attention to your breath.
Notice the sensation of the breath as it enters and leaves your body.
You don’t need to change your breath in any way, simply observe it.
PAUSE…
As you continue to focus on your breath, bring to mind the concept of total wellness.
What does it mean to you?

Visualize yourself on a journey towards total wellness, where your mind, body, and spirit are in harmony and thriving.
PAUSE…
Imagine yourself walking down a path that leads to a beautiful, serene destination.
This journey is a representation of your journey to total wellness.
As you walk, feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, the softness of the grass beneath your feet, and the fresh air in your lungs.
PAUSE…
As you continue down the path, take note of any obstacles that may arise.
Observe them with curiosity and without judgment.
Remember that obstacles are simply a part of the journey, and that you have the ability to overcome them.

With each step, feel a sense of self and peace wash over you.
PAUSE…
As you arrive at your destination, take a moment to soak in the beauty and serenity of your surroundings.
You have reached a state of total wellness.

As you sit in this state of total wellness, take a few moments to continue to reflect on what this means for you.
How can you continue to cultivate this sense of wellness in your everyday life?
What steps can you take to overcome any obstacles that may arise?

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, visualize yourself carrying this sense of total wellness with you as you go about your day.
