So Let’s Begin…

THE INFINITE HOME WITHIN MEDITATION SCRIPT
Come rest, dear soul, and close your eyes,
Let go of the need to search the skies.
No answers live in stars above—
They wait within, in quiet love.
PAUSE
You’ve wandered far, through thought and noise,
Through endless seeking, endless ploys.
But peace was never in the race—
It’s here, right now, in stillness’ grace.
PAUSE
Breathe in deep, and feel the air,
A gentle hand that meets you there.
And as you breathe, begin to find
The weight releasing from your mind.
PAUSE
Your heart, a home that’s vast and wide,
With room for all you’ve locked inside.
The fears, the grief, the hopes, the flame—
It holds them all, without a name.
PAUSE
No need to fix, no need to mend,
Just sit, just breathe, just let it bend.
The walls dissolve, the rooms expand—
A sacred space, so softly planned.
PAUSE
This home is not of stone or wood,
It lives beyond what’s understood.
It is your breath, your pulse, your gaze,
It is the hush in life’s loud haze.
PAUSE
It holds no door, it needs no key,
It simply is—and longs to be.
The more you pause, the more it shows
The warmth that through your being flows.
PAUSE
So rest awhile, no need to roam,
You’ve found your quiet, infinite home.
Here in your chest, beneath your skin—
The spacious heart that lives within.
LONG LONG PAUSE
Let this be where your day begins.
Or where your healing softly spins.
No matter what the world may send—
This home is here. It does not end.
LONG LONG PAUSE
Namaste, Beautiful.
