So Let’s Begin…

THE GENTLE PEACE OF ENOUGHNESS MEDITATION SCRIPT
Close your eyes,
and let yourself be here fully.
Notice your body as it settles
right where you are.
PAUSE
So much of life asks you
to juggle more,
to carry more,
to keep up with everyone else.
And when you cannot,
it whispers that you are not enough.
Not giving enough.
Not doing enough.
Not providing enough.
PAUSE
But here, you can set all of that down.
Here, you can rest.
Here, it is safe
to simply be you.
PAUSE
Take another breath,
long and full.
Exhale slowly,
like a gentle sigh.
PAUSE
You are not measured by the gifts you buy,
or the meals you prepare,
or how much extra you can give away.
Your worth is not tied to any of that.
PAUSE
Your worth is woven into you.
It shows up in your breath,
in the way your heart beats faithfully,
in the way you care,
in the way you love.
PAUSE
Notice how your chest rises and falls.
Notice the quiet rhythm of your breath.
This is proof of your enoughness.
Life moves through you
without you needing to do a thing.
PAUSE
If feelings of “not enough” surface again,
let them pass by like clouds.
They are not the truth of you.
They are voices borrowed from the world.
PAUSE
Instead, place your hands over your heart.
Feel its steady warmth beneath your palms.
And whisper softly,
“I am enough.
As I am.
Right here.
Right now.”
PAUSE
Let those words move into you,
settle into your bones,
wrap you in gentleness.
PAUSE
There is a quiet peace that comes
when you no longer chase more,
when you no longer compare,
when you no longer judge.
It is the peace of enoughness.
It is tender.
It is gentle.
And it is here for you.
PAUSE
Breathe into that peace.
Rest inside it.
Let it hold you.
LONG PAUSE
Namaste, Beautiful.
