So Let’s Begin…

THE CALM IN YOUR BREATH MEDITATION SCRIPT
Close your eyes,
and allow yourself to settle into this space.
PAUSE
Feel your forehead relax,
your cheeks soften,
your belly loosen.
PAUSE
Take a deep breath in,
slow and steady,
and let it fall all the way out.
PAUSE
You hold so much in your day—
lists, worries, conversations still echoing.
And yet, right now,
all you need to do is breathe.
PAUSE
Draw in another breath.
Let it fill your lungs,
stretching gently into your ribs.
Exhale slowly,
and notice how the air carries tension away.
PAUSE
Feel your arms heavy.
Feel your legs supported beneath you.
Your body doesn’t need to work right now.
Your breath does the work for you.
PAUSE
Notice its rhythm—
in and out,
in and out.
A natural ebb and flow that’s always been with you.
PAUSE
There is a calm woven into every inhale,
resting inside every exhale.
PAUSE
When your mind wants to run ahead,
or spin in circles,
bring it back to this breath.
This simple, steady anchor.
PAUSE
Let each inhale feel like a soft invitation.
Let each exhale feel like a release.
PAUSE
Breathe in calm.
Breathe out overwhelm.
Breathe in ease.
Breathe out angst.
PAUSE
Stay here for a few moments,
Breathe in calm.
Breathe out overwhelm.
Breathe in ease.
Breathe out angst.
LONG PAUSE
Take one more full breath in,
and a long, complete breath out.
Calm in your breath,
Peace in your soul.
PAUSE
Namaste, Beautiful.
