Take a deep breath in, beautiful,
And let the morning air fill you up.
Exhale and release, breathing all the way out.
One more deep breath in,
Feeling both soothed and invigorated by the fresh air,
And then let it go,
Breathing it all out.
PAUSE…
Bring your breathing to a nice, easy rhythm,
And relax here,
As the birds sing their songs for you.
