So find your breath,
And settle into its soothing, relaxing rhythm.
The element of Earth represents grounding and the foundations of life.
So breathe in the connection to your ancestors,
Your connection to the Earth beneath you,
And the stability of your life.
The element of Fire represents a connection to your energy and personal power.
So breathe in the connection to your inner voice,
Your inner strength,
And your capability to transform.
The element of Air represents intellectual intention and a connection to the Universal source.
So breathe in the spiritual force around you,
And your mental connection to a greater intelligence.
The element of Water represents intuition and reflection.
So breath in the your deep knowing,
And breathe out emotional release.
Feel the beauty of the four elements filling you up,
And connecting you deeper to yourself,
And to the universal energy that connects us all.
