So Let’s Begin…

THANKFUL THROUGH CHANGE MEDITATION SCRIPT
Let your shoulders drop away from your ears.
Let your breath spread wide across your ribs.
PAUSE…
Life shifts under your feet —
sometimes softly,
sometimes like an earthquake.
And yet, even now,
something steady hums quietly within you.
PAUSE…
Gratitude is that hum.
A gentle undercurrent that says:
Look, there is still so much good here.
PAUSE…
Take a slow breath in.
As you do, gather up
one thing you are thankful for today —
tiny or grand, it does not matter.
PAUSE…
A laugh you shared.
The warmth of your coffee.
A kind word.
A slant of sunlight.
PAUSE…
Hold that gratitude in your mind.
Feel how your chest opens,
just a little more.
PAUSE…
Change can rattle you.
It can scatter your thoughts
and tug at your sense of control.
PAUSE…
But gratitude threads you back together —
quietly sewing your heart to this moment,
anchoring you in the here and now.
PAUSE…
Breathe in again.
Let another thank you rise up.
Thank you for the people who stay.
Thank you for your own resilience.
Thank you for what you still have,
despite all you’ve lost.
PAUSE…
You do not need to feel grateful for everything.
Not every loss deserves your praise.
Not every hardship holds a lesson yet.
But inside every day,
there is something —
one thing —
to lean on when the world tilts.
PAUSE…
This is your quiet power:
to keep saying thank you
even while the seasons turn,
even when the road bends unexpectedly.
PAUSE…
One last breath —
in full of thanks,
out full of release.
PAUSE…
Namaste, Beautiful.
