THANK YOU LETTER TO THE UNIVERSE THANK YOU MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Take a deep, full breath in,
Awakening your body,
And clearing your mind.
Then exhale,
And as you release the air,
And settle deeper into comfort.
PAUSE…
Dear Universe,
Thank you for this life.
For this day,
For this breath.
PAUSE…
Thank you for the grass and dirt below my feet,
And the flowers and trees that surround me.
PAUSE…
Thank you for the laughter,
The tears,
The joy,
The pain.
PAUSE…
Thank you for my people.
The ones who have supported me,
Challenged me,
Forced me to grow,
And embraced me when I’ve fallen.
PAUSE…
Thank you for the low moments,
The ones that had lessons to teach.
Thank you for all the highs,
That filled me with more of your magic.
PAUSE…
Thank you for this moment right now,
That helps me touch my soul.
And thank you for all the reminders,
That I am already whole.
