Thank You for My People (Thank You) Morning Meditation

Today’s morning meditation is a thank you to all the people in your life.

Good morning, beautiful.

This week, our meditations are all a big thank you.

Whether we’re living a solitary life or one that’s social, our lives are impacted immensely by the people around us. So today’s meditation is a thank you to all your people.

So Let’s Begin…

THANK YOU FOR MY PEOPLE THANK YOU MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

So relax,

And let your body soften.

Relax your face,

Lower your shoulders,

And let your arms and legs melt.

PAUSE…

Then breathe,

Fully,

Deeply,

Letting your body know it’s time to awaken,

And be present to the now.

Breathe…

PAUSE…

Thank you for my people.

The ones who have held me up.

The ones who have pushed me down.

And the ones who have come and gone.

PAUSE…

Thank you for my family,

The one I was born into,

And the one I have chosen for myself.

PAUSE…

Thank you for the ones who caused me pain,

And the lessons they taught.

PAUSE…

Thank you for the ones who hug and kiss me,

And fill me up inside.

PAUSE…

Thank you for the ones who hold up a mirror,

So I can see my own greatness.

PAUSE…

Thank you for the ones who trigger me,

And invite me to heal and evolve.

PAUSE…

Thank you for the ones who teach me,

And expand what’s possible.

PAUSE…

Thank you for the ones who know my heart,

And have seen inside my soul.

Who love me in my worst moments,

And bring out the best in me.

PAUSE…

Thank you for my people.
