Good morning, beautiful.
This week, our meditations are all a big thank you.
Today, you’ll be meditating on thanks for the incredible, extraordinary you that you are.
So Let’s Begin…

THANK YOU FOR ME THANK YOU MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
So close your eyes,
And settle into comfort.
PAUSE…
Notice your breath slowing down,
As you bring your attention here.
Inside of you.
Away from the thoughts,
Away from the tasks,
And deep into the heart of you.
LONG PAUSE…
Thank you for me.
Thank you for my beautiful body.
Thank you for my fascinating mind.
Thank you for my magical soul.
PAUSE…
Thank you for my quirks,
For my mistakes,
For my victories.
PAUSE…
Thank you for all the parts of me that have felt shameful, painful and dark.
PAUSE…
And thank you for the parts of me that have felt joyful, loud, and vivacious.
PAUSE…
Thank you for the opportunity to be more of myself each day.
PAUSE…
Thank you for the perfectly imperfect being that I am.
Thank you for me.
PAUSE…
Now bring your attention to your breath.
And for the next little bit, allow yourself to silently say thank you for anything else that comes up.
