Tune into your breath for a moment
Allow the natural rhythm of it to settle in
Surrender any need to force it
LONG PAUSE…
Breathe in, deeply through your nose
PAUSE…
Exhale, deeply through your mouth
PAUSE…
Drop into your body
Allowing your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your legs and your feet,
To surrender to this present moment, right here. Right now
PAUSE…
From this state of presence, gently take note of any ways you move away from something you fear
Maybe it’s in your career where there’s a potential of failure
Maybe it’s in your relationships, afraid of opening up to love
Maybe it’s in your health, where worry is speaking loudly
PAUSE…
Gently recognize anything that arises.
LONG PAUSE…
Turn towards the darkness and be willing to know your own fears and worries
PAUSE…
Make space for what’s showing up.
Invite it to sit next to you
PAUSE…
What would help heal this fear and worry?
Touch your heart lightly,
And send loving energy to everywhere within you,
That longs for healing

Fill these fearful places of uncertainty with love
Meet your fears and worries with a loving presence,
