This week, we’re meditating about sexuality.
The intention of these meditations is to give you a safe and empowering place to connect intimately with your sexual self, so you can be fully expressed. In doing so, it’s possible we can encounter pools of pain, shame or limiting stories that can bring up a lot of emotions. Be gentle with yourself in these moments. And know that I honor you deeply for being here.
It’s said that our minds are the entry point to deep pleasure.
So let today’s meditation be a practice to open the portal of sexual pleasure by stimulating your mind.

STIMULATING YOUR MIND SEXUALITY MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
So let’s begin by relaxing your body,
And settling your mind.
Letting the inhale,
And exhale of your breathing,
Slow you down.
PAUSE…
As each exhale releases,
Let it take with it any thoughts,
Or emotions,
That may be swirling around inside your head,
And keeping you from being present and clear.
Breathe in,
And breathe out and release it all.
PAUSE…
With a clear mind,
Allow yourself this space to stimulate your brain.
Giving yourself the freedom to imagine anything you want.
Keeping your body still and relaxed,
As you give your imagination permission to play in this safe, loving space.
