So Let’s Begin…

STILLNESS IN THE RUSH MEDITATION SCRIPT
Right here, right now —
with the dishes in the sink,
emails waiting,
the world moving fast —
pause with me.
PAUSE…
You don’t have to stop your life.
You don’t have to run away to a quiet room.
Stillness can live right here,
inside the rush.
PAUSE…
Let your shoulders drop just an inch.
Loosen your belly.
Unclench your hands.
PAUSE…
Feel your feet —
anchored, steady —
holding you to this moment.
PAUSE…
Take one gentle breath in,
like you’re sipping calm through a straw.
Let it out slowly,
like a sigh you’ve been saving.
PAUSE…
Listen for a hush
beneath the traffic,
the chatter,
the thoughts piling up.
It’s there —
a soft, quiet center
that doesn’t move,
even when you do.
PAUSE…
Inside the rush,
there’s a calm place that belongs only to you.
You can visit it anytime,
without stopping what needs doing.
PAUSE…
Breathe again,
a little deeper this time.
Imagine each breath smoothing out the edges —
one inhale, one exhale —
tiny waves of peace
rolling through your busy mind.
PAUSE…
The rush is real.
The stillness is, too.
They can live together,
inside you.
PAUSE…
Today, when the world speeds up,
when deadlines pile high,
when your thoughts trip over each other —
pause for a heartbeat.
Breathe.
PAUSE…
Stillness is not far away.
It’s right here,
inside your ribs,
waiting to be felt.
PAUSE…
One breath.
One pause.
One quiet anchor
in the middle of it all.
PAUSE…
Namaste, Beautiful.
