Let’s first begin with a deep, refreshing breath in, as you find your center.
And as you exhale, invite into the space, stillness.
Relaxing your mind.
Relaxing your body,
Feeling yourself soften from the crown of your head,
To your neck,
Down to your belly,
Your legs,
All the way to your toes.
PAUSE…
It’s your time to step into the highest version of yourself, my love.
Time for you to stretch out of your comfort zone
And into the version of yourself that’s craving to be set free.
PAUSE…
Time for you to transcend the fears,
The worries,
The doubts,
The past.
LONG PAUSE…
The freedom to be you,
