With each inhale
Gently bring to mind,
An area of your health for which you desire more flow.
PAUSE…
Maybe it’s in your relationship with food,
The way you move your body,
Or a particular area of your body that is healing.
PAUSE…
Now as you inhale,
Invite in clarity,
And love.
And as you exhale,
Release any worries, striving, or strain.
PAUSE…
Inhale freedom,
And exhale anything blocking the feeling of flow,
The feeling of ease,
The feeling of harmony.
PAUSE…
Inhale confidence,
And joy.
And exhale self-criticisms,
And shame.
LONG PAUSE…
Feel your body aligning,
Healing,
Flowing.
