Even though we are wired for love, the idea of letting love flow through our mind and weave in and out of our relationships can be scary.
So let today’s meditation be a gentle practice for you to be open to the flow of love’s presence.
So Let’s Begin…
STAY IN THE FLOW OF LOVE MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Close your eyes,
And settle into a comfortable space.
PAUSE…
From the crown of your head
To your face
Down to your neck
Through your chest
Your belly
And all the way down to your feet
Relax
PAUSE…
Take a moment to let the word “love” flow through your mind.
What does it mean to you?
What does it bring up for you?
PAUSE…
Simply notice.
PAUSE…
Do you often feel unloved or unable to love?
Does it ignite a sense of disappointment?
PAUSE…
Or is it floods of joy?
Bubbling happiness?
PAUSE…
Just allow yourself to observe with compassion what arises.
LONG PAUSE…
As you continue to breathe in and out,
See if you can sit in the stillness of the truth,
That you are innately wired for love.
PAUSE…
To love,
And be loved.
You are made for it.
PAUSE…
Not because you are good, or successful.
Because you are made of pure, innocent, perfect, Divine love.
PAUSE…
Love is the essence of who you are.
You don’t have to earn love.
You are love.
PAUSE..
Let love’s presence flow through your mind,
Your body,
Your heart,
Your soul.

The energy of love is within you.
Always available to you.

Draw upon it at your will,
Stay in the flow of love.
