So I invite you to be guided back into flow and more fully grounded.

Come inside.
Relax,
And allow yourself to settle into comfort.
PAUSE…
Take a slow deep breath in,
And invite your mind to slow down,
And quiet.
PAUSE…
Our routines are so special.
They’re life-giving,
Grounding, and stabilizing.
PAUSE…
They’re familiar,
Comforting,
And they help to anchor you,
And give you freedom.
PAUSE…
So it’s easy to feel off,
And out of flow when your routine is off.
PAUSE…
You can feel unsettled,
Anxious,
And unstable.
PAUSE…
In these moments,
Take a deep breath…
And know that peace is available to you.
Right here, right now.
PAUSE…
Tap into that sense of ease that awaits you.
PAUSE…
A path to peace is a path of surrendering.
Accepting,
And being at peace with where you are.
PAUSE…
Resist the urge to fight the current.
Invite it to flow as it will.
As you stay in flow.

Let go of any forced situations,
Circumstances,
Or conditions.
Stay in flow.

Open yourself to possibilities,
Open to receive what is meant for you.
