Let out a deep exhale and draw your attention inward.
PAUSE
The more grounded you remain, the farther you will reach.
PAUSE
So, with every breath you take in, feel your whole body ground deeper into the space below you.
LONG PAUSE
Close your eyes now,
sink gently,
going deeper,
and deeper,
into your grounded state of mind.
PAUSE
Breathe in resilience and exhale out all of your stale air.
PAUSE
Letting go.
PAUSE
To go deeper.
LONG PAUSE
Allow your buzzing thoughts to quiet.
And focus on settling each body part.
One at a time,
As you remain grounded.

You are steady.
PAUSE
You are strong.

You are grounded in who you are.

Exactly where you are now.

See if you can sink farther and farther into the ground, with each passing breath.
