Find a comfortable position, and allow your body to settle into the surface beneath you.
PAUSE…
Take a deep breath in, filling your lungs with fresh air.
As you exhale slowly, let go of any tightness you may be feeling, allowing your muscles to soften and release.
Let your body become heavier, sinking deeper into a state of relaxation with each passing moment.
PAUSE…
Now see if you can visualize yourself lying on a soft, sandy beach.
The sun is shining brightly overhead, casting a warm glow on your skin.
You can hear the gentle sound of waves lapping against the shore, and the scent of saltwater and sand is in the air.
PAUSE…
Breathe in the fresh, salty ocean air.
Feel the cool breeze brushing against your skin, bringing a sense of clarity and refreshment.
As you exhale, allow your body to sink deeper into the soft, warm sand.
Feel your muscles loosen and relax.

Visualize yourself enveloped in a radiant, shimmering light that emanates a soft golden hue.
This light feels warm and inviting, like a comforting embrace that wraps around you like a soft, cozy blanket.

As you breathe deeply, allow the light to grow stronger, saturating your body and mind.
It spreads throughout, and dissolves anything heavy, anything tight.

The warm, radiant light fills you with a deep sense of peace and tranquility.
It infuses your body and mind with a soothing energy, allowing you to fully let go and immerse yourself in this moment of restful relaxation.
