So Let’s Begin…

SOFTEN THE WALLS AROUND YOU MEDITATION SCRIPT
Find a comfortable place to settle.
Let your breath come in slowly.
And allow it to guide you gently… here.
PAUSE
Just be here.
With yourself.
With the breath that enters you…
And the breath that leaves you.
PAUSE
Somewhere deep inside,
there are walls you’ve built—
soft at first,
then stronger over time.
Walls made of protection.
Of pain once felt.
Of tenderness once unmet.
PAUSE
These walls have helped you survive.
They have guarded your heart
when it needed guarding.
They have been loyal,
even when they felt heavy.
PAUSE
But now…
you’re safe enough to feel.
You’re strong enough
to let the light in.
PAUSE
Bring your attention
to the space around your heart.
Can you feel it?
Maybe it’s a tightness.
Or a numbness.
Or a kind of quiet armor.
PAUSE
Just sit with it.
Breathe beside it.
And let it know you’re here now.
PAUSE
Imagine sunlight resting gently
on the surface of those walls.
Just being… soft and steady.
Let this warmth spread.
PAUSE
With every breath,
let the edges loosen.
Just enough to let a little air in.
Just enough to feel.
PAUSE
The walls do not need to disappear.
They only need your tenderness.
Your willingness
to stop resisting your own softness.
PAUSE
Soften with the breath.
Melt with the breath.
Open, without demand.
PAUSE
Let the heart begin to stretch.
Let it remember its spaciousness.
PAUSE
Breathe.
Listen.
Let the gentle unraveling happen all on its own…
PAUSE
The walls may return.
And that’s okay.
But now you know the way back.
Back to your center.
Back to this peace.
PAUSE
Take one more breath in.
And one long breath out.
Let your heart stay open
just a little longer.
PAUSE
Namaste, Beautiful.
