SLOW DEEP BREATHING MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Let’s use our breath today to see where it guides us, as we deepen and slow down our breathing.
PAUSE…
So settle into this space you have chosen.
Take a nice deep, natural, slow breath,
And really get a sense of where the energy is inside your body.
PAUSE…
What are you feeling, sensing, thinking?
LONG PAUSE…
Take another slow, deep breath in with your nose,
Breathe through your belly, into your chest,
Fully expanding both as you breathe in and out with your nose only.
Try this a few times…
Going at your own pace,
And always listening and being aware of your body.
PAUSE…
Where does your breath take you?
LONG PAUSE…
Are you in a calm, peaceful & happy place?
A place where truth and answers reveal themselves?
Or are you in a place where love lives and breathes.
Tap into wherever your breath has taken you.
LONG PAUSE …
Keep breathing slow, natural, deep breaths,
Focusing on where you’re headed,
Remembering where you came from,
Always staying connected to who you are along the way.
LONG PAUSE…
Whatever direction you find yourself headed,
Imagine your breath is guiding you…
LONG PAUSE…
Whenever you’re feeling disconnected,
A little lost,
Out of touch,
Or maybe questioning your direction on your own path,
Just take a moment to slowly,
deeply breathe,
and find your way back home within yourself.
