Good morning, Beautiful.
This week, we’ve been meditating about gratitude.
Today, we’re going to practice simply sitting in deep gratitude for all the blessings in your life.
So Let’s Begin…
SIT IN DEEP GRATITUDE MEDITATION SCRIPT
So bring your attention to your breathing,
Letting your body relax and find comfort,
Feeling yourself melt a little bit more with every breath out.
PAUSE…
Notice your inbreath bringing in fresh air,
And your outbreath releasing anything old and stale,
Breathe in,
And breathe out.
PAUSE…
Now for the next few minutes, while the music plays, I invite you to simply sit in gratitude.
Perhaps that means thinking about things you’re grateful for.
Or maybe it means simply inviting in the feelings of appreciation for your life as a whole.
There are no rules, just the practice of being here, present with your blessings,
Present with your life,
Present with deep gratitude for it all.
LONG PAUSE…
Now bring your attention back to my voice,
And back to your breathing.
And bring your hands together in front of your heart,
Bowing to touch your forehead to your hands,
And saying silently or aloud, thank you.
