This morning’s setting intentions meditation will calm your mind so you can hear your inner voice as it speaks to what you truly want for the journey ahead.

You are about to embark on a new journey. A new beginning. A chance to reinvent, refresh and rejuvenate yourself.

Maybe it’s the beginning of a new year.

Or you’re starting a new job or entering a new phase of your business.

Or maybe you’re starting or restarting a new program or project.

Or perhaps you’re simply wanting to start tomorrow with a fresh new attitude, new habits and new actions.

Whatever it is, you are a blank canvas, ready for greatness. And setting your intentions is a powerful way to proactively create what it is you want.

So the intention of today’s meditation is to calm your mind so you can hear your inner voice as it speaks to what you truly want for the journey ahead.

So Let’s Begin…

SETTING INTENTIONS FOR A NEW BEGINNING SCRIPT

You are about to embark on a new journey. A new beginning. A chance to reinvent, refresh and rejuvenate yourself.

Maybe it’s the beginning of a new year.

Or you’re starting a new job or entering a new phase of your business.

Or maybe you’re starting or restarting a new program or project.

Or perhaps you’re simply wanting to start today with a fresh new attitude, new habits and new actions.

Whatever it is, you are a blank canvas, ready for greatness. And setting your intentions is a powerful way to proactively create what it is you want.

So the intention of today’s meditation is about setting intentions so you can calm your mind so you can hear your inner voice as it speaks to what you truly want on the journey ahead.

So let’s begin setting intentions by taking three deep breaths.

Breathing in through your nose as it fills your belly like a balloon

And breathing out through your nose all the way till the last bit of air escapes you.

Breathe in deep…

Breathe out all the way.

And one more deep breath in…

And out.

Now let your breathing return to it regular rhythm

And just stay here for a bit…

Enjoying the immediate slow down those deep breaths cause

PAUSE

I want you to imagine yourself in a room.

The walls are white and bare.

There is no furniture.

No decor.

It’s empty.

The windows are open and allowing the warm sunlight to flood in.

It is a brand new room, full of possibilities and potential.

And it’s up to you to invite in anything you could possibly want.

So you take a deep breath in…

And open the door.

What do you see?

What is it you want to invite in on your new journey ahead?

Maybe you envision words…

Like love or joy or freedom or health or laughter or prosperity.

Invite them in…

Maybe you envision a person outside your door – a person you know who may represent something for you.

Or even a person you don’t know, but who embodies qualities or experiences you’re ready for.

Invite them in…

Perhaps you see yourself days, months or years down the road having achieved a goal you’ve set for yourself. You’re proud, vibrant and shining.

Invite her in…

Keep breathing as you continue to open the door and invite in what you see…what you want to bring into your beautiful room as you begin your new journey.

PAUSE

Now look around your room.

It is no longer plain and white. It is colorful and full of every word, person, vision and goal you invited in.

These are your intentions. This is your vision. This is your journey. That you get to create.

Take a deep breath in and feel your belly fill with fresh air.

Feel your body infused with new energy and a deep confidence that everything and everyone you’ve invited into your room is here to support your new beginning.
