So Let’s Begin…

SET DOWN THE MENTAL LOAD MEDITATION SCRIPT
Sweet love,
You’ve been thinking too much.
Spinning.
Reaching.
Remembering what needs doing,
Anticipating what’s next.
Always somewhere… other than here.
PAUSE
I can feel the weight of your thoughts—
Stacked one on top of the other,
Tight in your chest,
Buzzing behind your eyes,
Curled up in your belly.
PAUSE
Let the mind soften.
Let the breath come closer.
PAUSE
Inhale…
And feel your body receive it.
Exhale…
And imagine it loosening the grip.
PAUSE
Again.
Inhale—deeply.
Exhale—like a quiet sigh.
PAUSE
The thoughts will not disappear.
But you don’t have to follow them.
You don’t have to be ruled by them.
You don’t have to carry them all at once.
PAUSE
Come with me now…
Visualize a table in front of you.
Smooth.
Strong.
Clear.
PAUSE
Imagine gently setting down
One thought at a time.
The list.
The thing you forgot.
The thing you haven’t figured out yet.
Place it there.
You don’t have to hold it in your hands.
PAUSE
And now another.
That one thought that loops.
The quiet one that hums in the background.
Set it down too.
PAUSE
Keep going, love.
Slowly.
Tenderly.
Let it all have a place—outside of you.
PAUSE
The table can hold it.
You don’t have to.
PAUSE
Breathe.
Feel that subtle shift?
That space opening?
That softness returning?
PAUSE
Let your thoughts float for now.
Untethered.
Unjudged.
Unhurried.
PAUSE
Breathe.
LONG LONG PAUSE
You are allowed to simply… be.
LONG PAUSE
Stay here with me.
In the space between thoughts.
In the pause.
In the breath.
LONG PAUSE
Namaste, Beautiful.
