Today’s morning meditation will help you to retrieve your sense of wellness
By intentionally taking a pause to retrieve the wellness within, we can cultivate a deeper sense of well-being by connecting with our innermost emotions and gaining a clearer understanding of what actions we need to take to fulfill them
So Let’s Begin…
RETRIEVING YOUR SENSE OF WELLNESS MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Begin by finding a comfortable and quiet place where you can sit or lie down, undisturbed.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, feeling your body relax with each inhale and exhale.
Imagine yourself standing at the entrance of a beautiful garden.
You are here to retrieve your sense of wellness.
In this garden, you will find all the resources you need to feel balanced and rejuvenated.
Take a step forward and feel the soft grass beneath your feet.
Look around and notice the vibrant colors of the flowers and the sweet fragrance that fills the air.
The sun is shining and the birds are singing, creating a peaceful and calming atmosphere.
You come across a small pond and decide to sit by its edge.
The water is crystal clear, reflecting the blue sky above.
Close your eyes and feel the sun on your face.
Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Now, imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet, extending deep into the earth.
The roots are drawing up the energy and vitality of the earth, nourishing your body and mind.
As you continue to breathe, allow yourself to feel the tension in your body melting away.
With each inhale, imagine yourself drawing in positive energy and with each exhale, imagine yourself releasing negativity.
Focus on your heart and feel the warmth of your own inner light.
This light is a symbol of your own inner wisdom and strength.
As you bask in this warmth, allow yourself to feel a sense of well-being and contentment.
Visualize yourself taking the energy of this garden with you as you return to your daily life.
Remember that you can return to this garden anytime you need to retrieve your sense of wellness.
Take a final deep breath, and when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes.
Remember to hold on to the feeling of peace and well-being, and take it with you as you go about your day.
