RENEW YOUR MIND AND BODY MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
As you exhale, release any tension or stress in your body.
PAUSE…
Imagine a bright, white light entering your body through the crown of your head.
This light represents positivity, peace, and renewal.
Feel it flowing through your entire body, washing away any negative thoughts, feelings, or beliefs.
See it filling every cell, every muscle, and every organ, rejuvenating and revitalizing your body.
PAUSE…
Visualize yourself standing at the edge of a calm, clear lake.
The water is crystal clear and reflects the light of the sun.
PAUSE…
Dip your toes into the water, and feel the cool, refreshing energy flow through your body.
As you wade deeper, allow the water to wash away any worries or fears you may be holding onto.
PAUSE…
With each step, imagine your mind and body becoming lighter and freer.
Let go of any anger, frustration, or resentment.
Allow the water to cleanse and purify your mind and soul.
LONG PAUSE…
Breathe and relax,
