So Let’s Begin…

RELEASE THE TENSION OF OVERWORK MEDITATION SCRIPT
You’ve been carrying more than most can see.
PAUSE
Holding everyone together.
Meeting every need.
Planning.
Doing.
Juggling.
Moving from one thing to the next without pause.
PAUSE
And somewhere along the way,
It became your normal.
PAUSE
To push.
To produce.
To keep going—
Even when your body whispered,
Please stop.
Even when your heart said,
Please rest.
PAUSE
So come now, love.
Come lay it down.
PAUSE
The hustle.
The effort.
The tightness in your chest.
The ache in your jaw.
The heaviness in your limbs.
PAUSE
Take a slow breath in…
And as you exhale,
Let the body begin to melt.
PAUSE
Release the armor.
You don’t need it here.
PAUSE
Relax your forehead.
Rest your cheeks.
Drop your shoulders away from your ears.
Let your belly be soft.
Let your hands rest in your lap.
PAUSE
Feel the tension that’s been gripping your body.
Notice the places that feel tight,
Even in stillness.
PAUSE
The world will not stop turning
If you step out of motion.
In fact,
The more you slow down,
The more clearly you can hear
What really matters.
PAUSE
Your worth is not in what you do.
It is not measured by how much you carry.
It is not earned by exhaustion.
You are worthy—resting.
You are enough—still.
PAUSE
So breathe again.
Let this breath be a letting go.
Let the weight fall from your shoulders.
Let the spinning slow.
PAUSE
There is no prize for burnout.
There is no trophy for doing it all.
Only disconnection.
Only depletion.
You don’t have to earn your right to rest.
You’ve already earned it.
PAUSE
Right now…
Allow stillness to hold you.
Allow breath to be enough.
Allow yourself to come back to the moment
Where peace has always been waiting.
PAUSE
Release the tension.
Release the overwork.
Return to yourself.
Not the doing version of you…
But the being version.
The one who is already whole.
Already enough.
PAUSE
This is your sacred pause.
This is the remembering.
This is the letting go.
PAUSE
Namaste, Beautiful.
