RELEASE THE FEAR MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
You have two options,
To allow your fears to plague your mind
Or to let go,
And feel a wave of peaceful relief wash over you
PAUSE…
Let out a clearing exhale,
Allowing your body to release
And let go of any tension you’ve been holding.
PAUSE…
Breathe…
And allow all of your fears to spill out
Washing off of your body
And clearing out of your mind.
PAUSE…
Feel them running down you,
Like drops of rain falling,
Falling,
Falling down.
Until they drop from you,
Land onto the ground,
And absorb into the Earth.
LONG PAUSE
Let any doubt,
Any worries,
And anxieties,
Fall to the ground,
And sink into the Earth.
LONG PAUSE
You are light,
You are free.
